This is the first UK site of a proven concept from the Middle East, with big backing and ambitious plans for growth. We're looking for a Sous Chef whos ready to lead from the front, help build a brilliant team, and help shape a fresh food offer thats packed with flavour and soul.

What Youll Be Doing:
Recruiting and developing a new team of chefs
Leading from the front with energy, structure and passion
Managing all BOH operations, stock, suppliers and systems
Ensuring consistent delivery of fresh, high-quality food
Driving a strong kitchen culture where people love to work
