Air Conditioning Engineer - Edinburgh - Salary up to £44,000
CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting for a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established FM service provider, delivering planned and reactive commercial maintenance across the Central Belt of Scotland.
This role is perfect for an experienced professional with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and commercial building services, looking for a stable, local position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installation, maintenance, and servicing of split systems, VRVs, VAVs, and VRFs
* Maintenance and repair of Air Handling Units (AHUs) & Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
* Servicing chillers and other HVAC/refrigeration systems
* Conducting planned and reactive maintenance across commercial sites
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards
* Diagnosing faults and carrying out necessary repairs efficiently
Package & Benefits:
* Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Holidays: 25 days plus Bank Holidays

Requirements:
* City & Guilds Level 2 in Air Conditioning (or equivalent)
* F-Gas Certification (Essential)
* Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
* Multi-skilled with a strong understanding of Facilities Management services
* Excellent communication skills and a client-facing approach
