This innovative provider has commissioned a new 2 bedded residential childcare setting and is seeking a Children Home Manager to oversee the running of this new service. The Children Home Manager in Northamptonshire will: * Oversee the running of a new residential childcare setting and ensure its compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. * Recruit, train and develop a staff team to provide the highest standards of care and support to Children and Young People. The Children Home Manager in Northamptonshire will need: * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children and Young People services or willingness to work towards. * 2 years supervisory or management experience at deputy or registered manager level within a residential childcare setting. * Effective knowledge of Children’s Home Regulations 2015, Quality Standards and safeguarding legislation.
