Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Security Officer role located in Magna Park, Lutterworth. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, monitoring premises, patrolling designated areas, and controlling access to facilities. Additional responsibilities include responding promptly to security incidents, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and completing detailed incident reports. The role will require excellent vigilance and the ability to manage security equipment effectively while prioritizing safety at all times.
* Shift Pattern: 4 On / 4 Off Night Shifts

Qualifications
* Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify security risks
* Proficiency in monitoring security systems and responding to security breaches
* Experience in handling access control, visitor management, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures
* Good communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with colleagues and the public
* Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations and take appropriate action
* Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., Security Industry Authority [SIA] License) are essential
* Previous experience in a similar security-focused role is advantageous
