Registered Nurse Nursing - Clarence Park Care Home Contract: Full Time and Part- Time Salary: £23.00 Per Hour Shift Type: Days & Nights Available Contracted hours: Full Time or Part Time Clarence Park Care Home is a welcoming residential and nursing home in Weston-super-Mare, providing compassionate short- and long-term care for up to 40 residents. We support individuals with recovery, nursing, and palliative needs in a homely environment where dignity, comfort, and quality of life are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. What We Offer £23.00 per hour Full-time and part-time roles available Nights and Dayshift available Additional £2.00 per hour for overtime Pension, Uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract) What You Will Do As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medication safely, and monitor residents’ health needs. You will lead shifts, support and guide the care team, and ensure care plans are accurate and up to date. You will build trusting relationships with residents and their families, encouraging independence and promoting dignity at every step. You will work closely with colleagues and healthcare professionals, ensuring safe, person-centred care that makes a genuine difference to residents’ lives. What We’re Looking For You must be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN. Previous care home experience is desirable but not essential. Most importantly, you will bring compassion, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering care that enhances quality of life.
