What Youll Be Doing:
Accurately process incoming B2B sales orders via phone, email, and online platforms
Communicate order confirmations, delivery timelines, and updates clearly to customers
Liaise with the warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
Manage returns and follow up on related queries in line with company procedures
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pricing, stock levels, and product availability
Support Account Managers with admin tasks, follow-ups, and client communications
Keep internal systems and records current and accurate
Work closely with your 5 teammates to deliver excellent customer service and support
What Youll Bring:
Experience in a sales support, order processing, or customer service role (ideally B2B)
Clear and confident communication skills (written and verbal)
Competency with Microsoft Office and CRM/order management systems
Strong attention to detail and an organised, methodical work style
A collaborative mindset and the ability to coordinate across departments
