Service Care Legal are recruiting on behalf of a London Borough Council who are seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to join them on a locum basis. Please find below further details with regards to this position.
Office Attendance: 1-2 days per week
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle a variety of commercial property work including sales, purchases, leases, licences, and asset management
* Advise on land title matters and ensure compliance with relevant property transaction legislation
* Work collaboratively across the shared service, excluding routine residential matters (e.g., right to buy, lease extensions, residential management)
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a current practising certificate in England & Wales
* Experienced in dealing with Commercial property matters within a local authority setting
