SEN Tutor Needed in Oxfordshire
Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour
Job Description:
Job Duties:
* Provide tailored educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* Develop and implement individualised learning plans based on students' needs.
* Deliver engaging lessons and activities to enhance students' academic and personal development.
* Assess students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
* Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure students' educational success.
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in Special Education.
* Experience working with students with SEN.
* Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions.
Education:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.
Experience:
* At least 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
* Knowledge of relevant educational policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Special Education.
* Experience using assistive technology to support students with SEN.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
