The company offers a unique, all-inclusive package called Total Care, this rental model allows customers to make a single monthly payment, to receive brand new equipment, and have maintenance costs taken care of.
Role overview
Monitoring and controlling the financial performance via Weekly & Monthly Reporting processes. Consolidation and analysis of material to support the Budgeting/ Forecasting processes. The role helps JLA leaders evaluate and determine the overall strategy for resource investment, target setting and highlighting Risks & Opportunities to budgets.
Responsibilities will include but not limited too; production of Weekly Flash revenue report, KPI dashboard, Monthly Investor deck, Overhead reporting.
JLA will provide study support towards professional accountancy qualification
Key tasks
* Supporting business metrics and budget variance analysis for finance teams including FP&A, Commercial & Operations. You will be joining a finance team that works closely with the business to drive performance improvement
* Engage stakeholders with budgeting and planning deliverables, driving financial support for decision-making
* Develop and build standardized, automated reporting and analysis to establish a single source of accurate, consistent and up-to-date information for your business partners
* Conduct ad hoc financial modelling and analysis to provide actionable insights for our business
* Collaborate with department budget managers, accounting, and other finance partners to expedite the monthly close process, perform budget variance analysis, and communicate results
* Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly & annual reporting
* To operate at a level that represents the function and culture of the business
* Undertake ad-hoc analysis and special projects as assigned by senior analysts or management
* Ensure a culture of excellent customer service to our internal customers ensuring the basics are right every time

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Especially MS Powerpoint and Outlook)
