Robertsons & Crawford Ltd, a dynamic, established & fast-growing IFA firm in Wokingham specialising in pensions and investments & IHT planning. We're currently expanding our advisory team and are looking to appoint additional advisors to join our team.
The Role
An existing book of business will provide the grounding for you to expand & grow, focussing on individual & corporate clients in the region. You will provide expert personal, holistic advice to our clients assisting them in planning their financial futures whilst guiding them in tax efficiencies & prudent investment choices, while at all times upholding the principles of the firm.
Whilst weekly attendance at the office is required, flexible working hours are a hallmark of our business.
Minimum requirements
· Level 4 diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent
· Five years' experience as a qualified advisor
· A full unendorsed UK driver's licence
· Meet all requirements of the FCA fit & proper regulations
· Contactable references
· Candidates based regionally to Berkshire will be given preference.

Key tasks & Skills:
· Presenting the firm's proposition to prospective clients of the firm.
· Arranging initial client meetings, either within an office environment or in clients' home or business premises.
· Conducting in-depth reviews of clients' financial circumstances, current provision, and future aims.
· Analysing information and preparing solutions best suited to individual clients' requirements.
· Researching the marketplace and providing clients with information on new and existing products and services.
· Presenting solutions to clients.
· Assisting clients in making informed decisions.
· Maintaining positive and profitable long-term relationships with new & existing clients
· Conducting annual reviews timeously
· Maintaining up to date knowledge of financial products, tax and legislation.
· Achieving targets in new business & client servicing monthly
· Upholding and promoting the ideals of the company
Salary & Benefits:
Basic salary of £35,000 plus uncapped OTE. Potential £100,000 annual income
