About the Role
Are you passionate about vocational education and lifelong learning? Join our dedicated team at Hyfforddiant Ceredigion Training as a Training Advisor- Multi-skilled, where you’ll design and deliver high quality training programmes across a range of vocational areas including Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing and Motor Vehicle. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of learners through Schools, Traineeships, and Apprenticeships, ensuring inclusive, engaging and industry-relevant learning experiences.
Responsibilities
* Plan, develop, and deliver vocational training programmes
* Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
* Prepare and update course materials and resources
* Support learners through induction, guidance, and enrichment activities
* Liaise with employers, schools, and external agencies
* Promote safeguarding and uphold health & safety standards
* Participate in marketing, open days, and learner recruitment
* Maintain accurate records and comply with quality assurance processes
