Job Title: Administration Manager

We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to work alongside the Headteacher, effectively developing and managing the Administration Team to provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the school.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, develop, and implement HR and administrative services within the school.
2. Oversee the Admin Department, maintain high standards of HR, and supervise office staff to ensure efficient administration services.
3. Ensure all stakeholders benefit from high standards of service.
4. Be a member of the SLT and responsible for providing a safe environment for pupils, staff, visitors, and contractors.
5. Act as the main point of contact for central services, including HR, Recruitment, Resourcing, and IT.


Requirements:

* English and Maths Grade C/4 or equivalent.
* Relevant experience in an education administration role.
* Full UK Driving Licence.

The role is based at Yiewsley Grange but requires travel across all four sites of Hillingdon Grange School: Yiewsley Grange (West Drayton), Colne Grange (Cowley), Upton Grange (Slough), and Syon Grange (Isleworth).
