We are seeking an experienced Field Inventory Manager to lead and develop a team of Field Data Analysts supporting regulated inventory operations. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and hands-on experience working within FDA-regulated environments (e.g., pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotech, food manufacturing).
The ideal candidate combines field team management expertise with deep knowledge of FDA compliance standards, data integrity, and inventory control best practices.
Your Tasks
Lead, manage, and develop a team of Field Data Analysts operating across multiple locations
Oversee field-based inventory audits, stock counts, and data validation processes
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of inventory reporting
Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvement strategies
Develop standardized operating procedures for field inventory management
Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies
Conduct training, coaching, and performance reviews for field team members
Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to improve stock control and reduce loss
Manage scheduling, route planning, and resource allocation for field staff
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Your Profile
Proven experience in inventory management, stock control, or field operations
Previous experience managing or supervising field-based teams
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Advanced proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems
Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region
Full valid driver’s license
