Compensation and Benefits
* £50,000 to £65,000 per year complete on-target earnings.
* £25,000 to £27,500 Basic salary per year, dependent on experience.
* Uncapped commission scheme.

Responsibilities
* Be a fully employed Partner with the flexibility of a self-employed model.
* Provide an end-to-end service for customers from valuation to completion of sale.
* Build and manage your own customer base and local area relationships.
* Generate business via marketing your personal brand and lead management.
* Deliver a customer experience that you can rave about.
Qualifications
* Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
* Proof of right to work in the UK (passport, birth certificate).
* Proof of address and National Insurance.
* Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to become the best Estate Agent in the local area.
* Strong marketing, sales and customer service skills.
