This permanent role is being offered on an annual salary of £22,282 pa.
Job Opportunity
As Service Administrator in Strode Park House, you will:
1. Provide administrative support to the management team in the form of taking minutes and drafting letters and emails
2. Support the daily management of staff rotas
3. Respond to enquiries and maintain computerised care-related data
4. Provide reception cover to cover breaks as part of a wider rotation
5. Manage credit card statements and collect receipts and invoices to go to the Finance department
6. Order care and clinical supplies, including PPE from the PPE Portal

Strode Park House is a 19th Century Victorian Manor House set in 14 acres of beautiful grounds in the picturesque village of Herne, Kent.

Strode Park House is a residential home with nursing care for 55 adults with physical disabilities and complex needs. We’ve been delivering care since 1946, and this residential home is where it all started.

We provide care on a 24-hour basis, 7 days a week including weekends and bank holidays. This means we value reliable and flexible staff. Essential Skills
Our ideal Service Administrator will:
7. Possess excellent planning and organisational skills
8. Experience of using computerised systems
9. Be educated to GCSE level or equivalent (Grade C or above)
10. Have the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
11. Be able to clearly and appropriately communicate both orally and in written form with people inside and outside of the Foundation
Although not essential, it would be an advantage if you have direct or indirect experience of disability or supporting those with disabilities.
