A hands-on finance role supporting site performance and strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. Prepare and present accurate, timely financial reports with meaningful insight into variances, trends, and business outcomes. Deliver detailed analysis and commentary on financial and operational performance versus targets and KPIs. Collaborate with operations teams to understand business drivers, provide financial insight, and support cost control and efficiency improvements. • Review and enhance financial processes and controls to drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory frameworks. Leverage operational and financial data to identify opportunities for profitability and productivity improvements. Support ad hoc financial tasks and strategic projects, including scenario modelling, business case development, and systems enhancements.
