I’m looking for a Business Performance Manager to join my clients growing team This is a key role supporting new business initiatives, strategic planning, data management, and reporting.
You will ensure the delivery of high-quality, actionable Business Intelligence that enables core business functions to run effectively.
Its hybrid working, 3 days a week (5 days initially) in their Glasow city centre office.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and manage a team of performance analysts to deliver exceptional service.
* Monitor real-time business activity, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
* Develop efficient systems and processes for analysing cross-functional business data.
* Create and maintain performance-related MI and customer dashboards that are timely, accurate, and easy to interpret.
* Provide detailed analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
* Deliver training to managers on interpreting and using performance data.
* Develop forecasting models and capacity planning methodologies, ensuring resource levels meet business demands.
* Design inbound call routing configurations to optimise customer experience and reduce costs.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
* Champion continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives across the organisation.
Your experience should include:
* Proven experience in Management Information and Performance Management.
* Background in workforce management, demand forecasting, and performance optimisation.
* Excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge (including complex formulas, analysis tool packs, and PowerPivot).
* Ability to extract and manipulate data using SQL.
* Python for coding and Power BI for Visualisation ideally.
* Understanding of Business Intelligence tools.
* Qualification in Data Science or Data Analytics.
