Overview

Responsibilities
* Provide reception and clerical support for patients and health care professionals.
* Manage appointment bookings via TIARA and TrakCare (electronic patient booking systems) when applicable.
* Prioritise and manage day-to-day workload with and without immediate supervision.
* Work both independently and as part of a wider team.
Qualifications and Requirements
* IT proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
* A working knowledge of TIARA and TrakCare would be advantageous.
* Previous reception and clerical experience is required.
* Ability to prioritise and manage workload without immediate supervision; adaptable to change.
* Previous experience in an NHS setting is desirable.
* The ability to travel is required for training purposes or to cover for other colleagues.
