We're offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Multi Trade Operative to carry out repairs and maintenance on social housing properties in the area. As a Multi Trade, you will : Carry out a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks across social housing properties Use your skills in: Carpentry Plumbing Patch Plastering Tiling Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, within deadlines, and with tenant satisfaction in mind We're Looking For: Previous experience working on social housing contracts A full UK driving licence A clear criminal record (DBS checks will be required) A proactive approach to work with strong problem-solving skills What's on Offer: Permanent position from day one Competitive salary of £33,000 per annum Company van and fuel card provided 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Long-term, stable work with a trusted contractor Ongoing support and career development opportunities I'd be keen to see applications from anyone with experience in general building trades, whether you've previously worked as a Multi Skilled Operative, Handy Person, or Property Maintenance Technician.
