Duties:
* Effectively sell new and used vehicles, accessories, finance packages, warranties, and related products as a New/Used Car Sales Executive to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Maintain clear communication with customers regarding delivery progress and advise on any delays.
* Address and resolve customer queries efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Collect payments and ensure all necessary documentation are completed prior to vehicle handover.
* Explain warranty and service arrangements, introducing customers to the Service Department where appropriate.
* Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers, providing comprehensive product knowledge and support.
* Build lasting customer relationships as a New/Used Car Sales Executive to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Work collaboratively with the sales team and management to achieve dealership goals.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in car sales, preferably within a franchise dealership environment, specifically.
* Alternatively, strong transferable sales experience from other sectors will be considered for the role of Car Sales Executive.
* A valid UK driving licence with minimal points.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
* Results-oriented with a genuine desire to succeed and exceed targets.
* Ability to work independently and proactively seek sales opportunities.
