What the Job Involves As a Mechanical Inspector within Housing Property Services, you report to the Senior Mechanical Engineer and oversee contractors and external consultants. Your primary role involves providing professional support by inspecting mechanical installations for compliance and quality. You will maintain detailed records, ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations, and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. You are responsible for on-site survey information, project reporting, quality assurance, and advising on remedial works. You will drive initiatives for best value service delivery while ensuring compliance with Health and Safety legislation.
