The Role- Engineering Resource Manager

The Engineering Resource Manager plays a critical role in optimising the deployment and coordination of resources across Sonardyne's engineering and technology functions. A key focus of the role is to establish and manage strategic external partnerships — including those with universities, industry bodies, and technology collaborators — that support innovation, capability development, and alignment with long-term business and engineering objectives.

Success in this role requires a strategic, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach to both internal planning and external engagement.
