At Steer Automotive Group, we deliver more than just repairs we provide confidence, trust, and quality throughout the customer journey. We’re seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) in Sunderland to ensure every vehicle is accurately assessed and efficiently processed for repair.

What You’ll Be Doing
14. Conducting detailed and accurate assessments of damaged vehicles using Audatex or similar systems
15. Preparing clear, cost-effective repair estimates in line with insurer and manufacturer guidelines
16. Collaborating with the workshop, parts, and customer service teams to ensure smooth repair processes
17. Communicating professionally with customers, insurers, and engineers regarding repair status and progress
18. Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and promptly
What We’re Looking For
19. Proven experience as a VDA/Estimator in the accident repair industry
20. ATA VDA accreditation (or working towards it)
21. Proficiency with Audatex and other estimating platforms
22. Strong communication and organisational skills
23. Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and professional integrity
