The Associate Director, specialising in Finance and Accounting, will lead client partnerships and drive delivery across Public Sector and Not-for-Profit clients. With a strong platform behind you, including dedicated BD and research support, you’ll focus on high-impact placements while shaping the next phase of the firm’s expansion.
Role Highlights

You Will Need
* 4 - 10 years of recruitment experience
* Finance and Accountancy recruitment experience is key
* Public sector/NFP client experience (or interested in working with Public Sector/NFP clients)
* Proven billings of £250k+
* Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
* A growth mindset with ambition to progress into leadership
