We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing apprentice to join our team. Not only will you learn about online marketing, but through the nature of our business you will learn about physical marketing too. In the promotional merchandise industry, we provide products to other businesses with their logo, branding, or marketing message printed. We work with a range of industries, with new clients increasing by the day. We would like someone who will help to further increase our client list by using social media, email marketing, SEO and PPC to drive traffic to our website. We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic about marketing and interested in the current marketing and design trends. We would like someone with a creative mindset, who will contribute new ideas and work with the team to make them a reality. • Assist in the planning and creation of email campaigns using Mailchimp • Assist in the planning and creation of social media campaigns - Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram and Linked In • Create visual content for all channels • Create news articles for the website using Wordpress • Create website content for SEO using Wordpress and Woocommerce • Assist in the processing of ecommerce data for the website • Planning and implementing competitions and giveaways • Look after email contact data within our CRM system, Excel and Mailchimp Training One day per week, during term time only, to attend Exeter College. Qualifications required Maths and English at Grade 4 (C) or above. Skills required Computer skills - the majority of the job requires using a computer so basic computer skills are required. We use Microsoft Outlook, Office and Excel, so familiarity with these programmes would be beneficial. Organisational skills - Marketing relies on being able to plan and deliver campaigns on time, with many campaigns being time sensitive. Prospects On the successful completion of the apprenticeship there is the opportunity with hard work to eventually become a Marketing Executive.
