Role: Planning & Exports Coordinator Location: Newhaven Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (40 hours per week) Pay: Depending on experience Clearline Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturing business based in Newhaven, for a Planning & Exports Coordinator. This role supports order processing, planning, export documentation and internal coordination to ensure customer orders and shipments are managed accurately and delivered on time. The Role Accurately enter and maintain customer orders within internal systems Coordinate lead times with sales and communicate any changes clearly Support planning of shipping dates, test-fit dates and internal schedules Prepare export documentation for international shipments Arrange and administer courier and small parcel shipments Liaise with internal teams including sales, production, purchasing and despatch Track work in progress and maintain visibility of order status Obtain freight and courier costings for sales and accounts teams The Requirements Strong administrative and organisational skills Experience in manufacturing, logistics or order-processing environments preferred Knowledge of export or shipping documentation beneficial but not essential Confident communicator across departments High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritise workloads and manage changing deadlines Proactive, reliable and comfortable chasing information to resolution For more information or to apply, please contact Martin Davis on 01273 063769, available Monday to Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm.
