About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable primary teachers to join our supply pool and provide high-quality teaching in local schools on an ad-hoc basis. This is an excellent chance to work flexibly while making a meaningful difference in the classroom. We are currently needing teachers in and around Uckfield and Crowborough.
Responsibilities
1. Deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2, following school plans and policies.
2. Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment, ensuring pupils are supported and engaged.
3. Adapt to the needs of each school and class, demonstrating flexibility and professionalism.
4. Collaborate with school staff where required to support children's learning and development.
About You
5. Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
6. Has experience teaching in primary schools (KS1 and/or KS2).
7. Is confident managing classrooms and delivering high-quality lessons.
8. Is reliable, punctual, and professional in all settings.
9. Is adaptable and thrives in a variety of school environments.
