We’re Hiring: ABA Therapist for Primary School Setting
Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in children's lives? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic ABA Therapist to join our supportive team in a primary school based in Thurrock. This is a rewarding opportunity to work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and additional learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement individualised ABA programmes under the supervision of a BCBA/Lead Therapist
2. Support children to achieve their developmental, academic, and social goals
3. Collect and analyse data to monitor student progress and inform interventions
4. Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, and families to ensure a consistent approach
5. Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
6. Experience working with children with ASD or SEN in an educational or therapy setting
7. Knowledge or training in ABA principles and strategies (preferred)
8. Strong communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills
9. A compassionate, patient, and proactive attitude
10. Relevant qualifications (e.g. Psychology, Education, Behavioural Science) desirable
