Counter Manager

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Performance
* Drive team sales to meet or exceed targets
* Actively sell products and increase average spend
* Manage budgets, stock orders, and sales performance
* Plan and support in-store promotions and events
Team Leadership
* Coach, motivate, and develop team members
* Identify training needs and support performance improvement
* Manage daily operations, rotas, and administration
Customer Experience
* Deliver personalised consultations and product demonstrations
* Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
* Attract new customers through proactive engagement
* Maintain customer records in line with data protection standards
Operations & Standards
* Monitor stock levels and maintain visual merchandising
* Ensure company policies and store procedures are followed
* Work closely with store management and senior leadership

* Proven experience in retail or beauty management
* Strong sales skills and results-driven mindset
* Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
* Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
