Site Supervisor - Secondary School - Redbridge Start Date: As soon as possible Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Paid to scale Site Supervisor A successful Secondary School in Redbridge is seeking a reliable and proactive Site Supervisor to join its premises team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to play a vital role in maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the school site and will contribute significantly to ensuring that facilities are maintained to the highest standards. The role will involve overseeing the security, maintenance and presentation of the school's buildings and grounds. You will be responsible for opening and closing the school site, carrying out routine inspections, monitoring health and safety compliance and responding promptly to maintenance issues as they arise. You will undertake minor repairs, coordinate contractors and support larger maintenance projects where required. Responsibilities will also include preparing rooms and facilities for examinations, school events, open evenings and staff meetings. The successful candidate will work closely with the School Business Manager and Senior Leadership Team to ensure that the premises remain safe, compliant and fit for purpose. You will also be responsible for monitoring site security systems, reporting hazards and maintaining records relating to health and safety inspections.
