About the Role
We are looking for compassionate, resilient, and motivated Childrens Support Workers to join our dedicated residential team supporting young people with complex mental health needs, including those referred through CAMHS.
This is a rewarding and challenging role where you will provide care, structure, and guidance to children and young people who may have experienced trauma, emotional difficulties, and mental health challenges.
What youll be doing:
* Building positive, trusting relationships with young people.
* Supporting children with daily routines, education, and therapeutic activities.
* Assisting with care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour support strategies.
* Providing emotional and practical support during challenging situations.
* Working closely with CAMHS professionals, social workers, and other partners.
* Contributing to a safe, nurturing, and structured home environment.
What were looking for:
1. Experience working with children/young people with mental health needs (desirable but not essential full training provided).
