Role Description
This is a part time or associate hybrid role for a Management Coach. Based out of Inverness, as a Management Tutor, you will:
• Deliver engaging lessons in business management, leadership, strategy, and organizational behaviour.
• Support students in understanding key concepts and applying them to real-world scenarios.
• Prepare and assess assignments, provide constructive feedback, and guide learners toward academic success.
• Stay up-to-date with current industry trends and integrate them into your teaching.
Essential Skills & Experience
These are the must-haves for any candidate:
• Educated to degree level or above
• Practical experience in management roles
• Strong grasp of core management topics: leadership, organizational behaviour, strategic planning, operations, HR, and project management.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills that enable you to inspire, motivate and engage learners
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt teaching style to different learners.
• Digital Literacy
Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience in tutoring, lecturing, or training in management or business-related subjects.
• Experience designing course materials, lesson plans, or training programs.
• Experience in preparing assessments, marking assignments, and providing constructive feedback

• Mentoring & coaching experience
