Trainee Sales Consultant - Glasgow
£25,000 basic + OTE £45,000 upwards per year + additional bonuses
Start Date: 13th July 2026

With a gradual ease into the sales world, we will start you off after full training with consistent and non-stop support from our highly skilled management function. After a few weeks with us you'll become a dedicated Sales Consultant, generating interest, booking meetings, and earning commission.
We specialise in HR, Health & Safety & Employment Law for businesses across the world. Business owners have us in place to ensure they are fully compliant in all areas including regulations, training, culture, health & safety to minimise any risks in work.

What do we need from you?
Experience doesn't matter to us, but what we do need is hunger and confidence!
To be successful in sales you need to be confident, chatty, and able to build conversations. As long as you can pick up the phone and confidently talk to our customers, you will do well with us.
We also want individuals who are money hungry, especially as you can be earning up to £50,000 in your first year with us, and having never done sales before this is a massive success!
