Property Maintenance Administrator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivatedCustomer Service Specialist (Also known locally as a Property Manager) to complement our Property Management Team within our Lettings Department in Bromley. As a Property Manager you will provide property management and tenancy support services to branches, landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities of a Property Manager

10. Act as a central point of contact managing the effective resolution of queries from clients and staff
11. Coordinating urgent and routine repairs and maintenance
12. Liaising with trades people/contractors and keeping customers up to date
13. Organising safety inspections and managing remedial works
14. Liaising with landlords following regular property visits
15. Assisting customers with general tenancy queries
16. Carrying out weekly partnership calls with colleagues and welcome calls with new customers
17. Dealing promptly and courteously to communication with landlord, tenants, contractors, and internal partners
18. Providing a first-class service to maximise customer retention
19. Ensuring personal and team deadlines are met, service levels maintained and KPI’s achieved

Skills and Experience required to be successful as a Property Manager

20. Strong customer service skills and confident communicator
21. Good team player
22. Ability to stay calm under pressure
23. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
24. Excellent planning and organisational skills
25. Good analytical ability
