What will you be doing?
No two days are the same — but here’s a taste of what’s ahead:
Prospecting & Outreach
* Proactively identify and research target accounts and contacts
* Use creative outreach methods — calls, personalised emails, LinkedIn and social selling — to book meetings for senior roles in the Growth team
* Play a key role in helping us grow our revenue across England, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales
Lead Qualification
* Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads against our ideal customer profile
* Ensure leads meet criteria before handing them off to senior colleagues
CRM & Reporting
* Keep our HubSpot CRM up-to-date and accurate
* Track your activity (calls, emails, meetings booked) against weekly targets
* Support sales reporting and pipeline forecasting by ensuring data quality
* Make the most of AI outreach platforms to work smarter
Collaboration
* Work closely with senior team members to understand target segments and deal strategy
* Coordinate with Marketing to follow up on inbound leads and campaigns

We expect you to have:
* Experience in sales, business development, or sales support
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable using CRM systems and reporting tools
* Highly organised with attention to detail and follow-through
* A proactive, collaborative mindset
Nice to have:
* Experience in B2B, SaaS, or services businesses
* Experience working with modern sales, productivity, or CRM tools (e.g., collaboration platforms, reporting dashboards, automation tools)
* Interest in developing into an Account Executive or Sales Ops role
