We have a fantastic opportunity in Surrey for a Key Account Manager to work for one of our clients. Our client is an established and well-known distributor working throughout London, Kent, and the Southeast. In this role, you will be working full-time.
Responsibilities
1. Grow and develop both new and existing customer base
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
3. Follow up on new leads in a timely manner
4. Negotiating contracts and agreements to create detailed proposals as part of a formal bidding process
5. Advise customers on forthcoming product developments and promotions
6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks or opportunities
7. Attend weekly team (via video platform) and monthly all team meetings at HQ
8. Provide on going support to your customers to address any issues or concerns that may arise
9. Make accurate cost calculations to provide customers with quotations
10. Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
