🚛 PPT Drivers Wanted – Lincoln Area 🚛
Christmas Peak Work – Immediate Starts Available!
Interaction Recruitment are currently looking for experienced PPT Drivers / Despatch Operatives to join our client’s busy teams across Lincoln and Sleaford for the Christmas peak period.
This is a temporary role with the potential to continue into January 2026 for the right candidates.
💷 Pay Rates:
Days: £14.11 per hour
Nights: £15.87 per hour
🕓 Shift Pattern:
A Shift / B Shift rotation (4 on, 3 off, 4 on, 3 off, etc.)
Days: 6:00am – 6:00pm
Nights: 6:00pm – 6:00am

🔹 Requirements:
Experience in a despatch or warehouse environment
Trained in PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) usage
Ability to load a vehicle within a 30-minute target time
Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude
Flexibility to work between both Lincoln and Sleaford sites

🔹 Start Date:
ASAP – initial interview followed by a trial day to assess loading capability
Training provided prior to full shift allocation
