Your week will typically involve: 3 field-based days meeting clients, delivering demonstrations and closing business 2 office-based days (Birmingham) focused on prospecting, planning and account development Managing the full end-to-end sales cycle Developing relationships with new and existing customers Analysing your market, planning strategically and managing performance against targets ⚠️ Please note: This is a highly field-based role requiring frequent travel and regular overnight stays. Training & Career Development You will begin with an intensive onboarding programme combining classroom learning with hands-on field training, covering: Product and solution knowledge Consultative selling and negotiation skills Customer meetings, demonstrations and deal progression Development is continuous and structured, with: Ongoing coaching and mentoring Clear progression routes Typical progression into team leadership within 3 years and area / regional management within 5 years Formal leadership and management qualifications Every manager within the organisation has progressed internally.
