Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to secure your first teaching role in Liverpool?
Vision for Education are working in partnership with a number of primary schools across Liverpool who are seeking enthusiastic and motivated ECTs for roles starting in September 2026. Opportunities are available across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, with both short-term and long-term positions available.
Whether you are looking to gain experience through supply work, secure a long-term placement or find the right school to complete your induction, we can help match you with opportunities that suit your strengths and career goals.
We work closely with supportive schools across Liverpool that are experienced in supporting ECTs and providing opportunities for professional development.
The successful candidate will:
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be due to obtain QTS before September 2026
• Be passionate about delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupil progress
• Demonstrate strong communication and classroom management skills
• Be flexible, enthusiastic and eager to develop their teaching practice
