The role
As a Project Coordinator you will be part of the agency Database and Approvals team delivering all aspects of database management (including but not limited to) iEnvision, PubsHub and PUBSTRAT – global publication planning and management database platforms to facilitate and streamline publication planning and compliance. You will also provide approvals management support – content and digital asset management platforms, providing review and approval of pharmaceutical content. You will maintain all database records of these planning and approval tools, ensuring documentation is in place. You will also support agency teams with the set-up, uploading and referencing of content ensuring our clients’ working practices are followed rigorously.
The right candidate will have Database experience and if possible, working knowledge of Pharmaceutical database platform management and approvals management.
