As a small, ambitious and values-driven housing association, we’re proud of our strong community roots and impact. We have recently recruited three new members to our board and are now looking for just one more passionate and committed person to join us to help guide our next chapter, strengthening our governance and supporting our mission to enable older people to live independently, with dignity and peace of mind. What we’re looking for We welcome applications from people who share our values and can bring experience of sustainability in social housing, to help us plan for the future and reduce our environmental impact within the evolving regulatory landscape. Previous board experience is not essential, but an understanding of governance, risk and compliance would be a valuable asset, helping to ensure effective oversight and high standards of accountability. Board members play a vital role in shaping our strategy, challenging and supporting the executive and ensuring the delivery of high-quality homes and services. You’ll be part of a welcoming and purposeful board, with access to a structured induction and ongoing development opportunities. In addition to board meetings, you will be invited to join either our Audit & Risk Committee or Development Committee, depending on your skills and interests.
