Our client is seeking a dedicated Private Client Paralegal to join their team. This role involves drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), handling probate applications, and managing estate administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Wills and Probate, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to manage cases independently under appropriate supervision.
The successful candidate will have at least three years’ experience as a fee-earning paralegal within Private Client law, with a solid understanding of estate planning, probate processes, and regulatory compliance. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive client matters with professionalism and empathy are essential. The role also requires strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
