Responsibilities
* Working with a wide range of our software solutions such as process control applications, reporting software, and vision applications.
* Prepare and execute the software deployment and network infrastructure for installation jobs.
* Perform production data analysis and provide customers with advice based on this data.
* Optimize and improve the infrastructure of our software solutions at customer sites.
* Troubleshoot issues at’ sites.
* Conduct service visits and provide remote support.
* Co‑operate with local employees in larger installation projects.
* Keep in touch with, and report to customers and internal stakeholders about your progress.
* Train the customer and feedback results to your colleagues.
Qualifications
* Have a Bachelor degree in computer science, informatica, or a vocational level degree in the same area with several years of relevant experience.
* Have experience with or an interest in software installation/configuration, data analysis, optimizing and improving infrastructure and troubleshooting.
* Affinity with process engineering and/or food production is also a plus.
* Have a good command of the English language.
* Must have relevant EU travel and work documents.
* Are willing to travel internationally (~50‑60%).

* Preparing your next project(s) and reporting on completed projects.
* Personal and technical trainings, both in the office and on the job.
* Regular meetings with your manager and the team.
