What you will enjoy doing
1. An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Customer Queries team at Worsley which will give you the chance to act as the first point of contact for our customer and agent queries, via phone, email & chat
2. You will be answering a variety of queries through different channels which will include holdings queries, invoice queries, product information requests, account structures and customer complaints within defined service levels
3. Support the agent network by resolving any agent queries, placing equipment and gas orders, handling agent remuneration and setting prices
4. Working as part of a team to ensure calls and emails are answered efficiently and in a timely manner is part of this role, achieving first time resolution where possible
5. You will promote our digital solutions and encourage self serve to customers, including online account management, ebilling and direct debit
6. And finally, you will bring pro-active query resolution including trend spotting/root cause analysis with a view to contributing to the initiation of long-term solutions

7. You have an ability to sustain a high level of customer service to both internal & external customers
8. Must be able to demonstrate a high level of communication and influencing skills
9. Demonstration of self-motivation and a willingness to challenge the status quo with the ability to recommend change based on experiences and customer feedback
10. You have a effective time management and workload prioritisation
11. Experience of cross functional communication at all levels of the business
12. And finally, an understanding of BOC customer base and requirements would be beneficial
