This opportunity is ideal for a mid-level solicitor, legal executive, or experienced unqualified fee earner who is confident in managing a varied caseload of wills, probate, trusts and estate planning matters. About the Role: As part of a supportive and collaborative private client team, you will: Act as the link between junior and senior lawyers, taking on complex casework while senior colleagues focus on mentoring Advise clients on a full range of private client services, including: Probate and estate administration Trust creation and management Drafting wills and codicils Estate and lifetime tax planning, including inheritance tax (IHT) strategies Lasting powers of attorney and deputyship applications Maintain a high standard of client service and uphold the firm’s reputation for quality legal advice Your Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in private client work Open to Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and experienced unqualified fee earners Ability to manage a caseload independently from initial instruction to completion Strong communication skills and client-focused approach Why Join This Firm?
