Key Responsibilities:
*
Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on UPS systems, plumbing, drainage, and boiler rooms.
*
Maintain cooling towers, fan coil units (FCUs), AHUs, and heating pumps.
*
Oversee visiting sub:contractors to ensure high standards of work and Health and Safety.
*
Complete all technical documentation and reports accurately and on time.
Requirements:
*
City and Guilds / NVQ Mechanical qualification (or equivalent).
*
Solid experience in a commercial FM environment with strong building services knowledge.
*
Ability to work well within a team and pass a standard DBS check.
