Job Description
3. Monitor and manage outstanding debts to ensure timely payments.
4. Maintain accurate financial records and update client accounts as required.
5. Communicate effectively with clients to resolve payment discrepancies.
6. Prepare and distribute regular reports on debtors and collections.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to address billing concerns.
8. Implement and follow credit control procedures to reduce aged debt.
9. Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving any payment queries.
10. Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad hoc tasks as needed.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Credit Controller will have:
11. Experience working in the property industry or a related field.
12. Demonstrable experience working as a Credit Controller.
13. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
14. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
15. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
16. The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
17. A keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
