Equans is looking for a Community & Customer Liaison Manager to join our team in Birmingham on a permanent basis. This is a full time role.

What will you deliver?
1. Managing relationships with clients and supervisors to identify issues and putting in effective plans in place to resolve
2. Managing councillor enquiries, ombudsman enquiries, press enquiries and compensation claims
3. Ensuring accurate notes are recorded on Maintain
4. Assisting and co-operating with the client and customer service team in the investigation of complaints, effectively dealing and responding to queries and complaints from tenants, staff and residents relating to services and service delivery
5. Providing performance reports for Customer Service Manager and Clients monthly
6. Attending all Housing Liaison Board meetings and projects, presenting and being the voice of Equans. Attending these meetings will also add additional duties to carry out requested by the residents such as communal repair updates, community projects, walkabouts and complaints
7. Completing Monthly Service Reports for the Production Managers
8. Help in Organising Community Events throughout the year for the team
9. Collecting negative feedback data received from customers and inputting this into the Monthly Service Report

21. Experience handling complaints at a high level
22. Experience with MS office software
23. Experience in a customer care/service environment
24. Advantage to have experience working in the housing industry
