Person specification
Qualifications
* Educated to degree level in a relevant subject such as psychology, social sciences, or health. Postgraduate certificate, Advanced Practice Interventions for Mental Health (APIMH), or equivalent. Accreditation with BABCP/BPS preferred.
Desirable criteria
* Training in case management and/or clinical supervision for PWPs. Diploma or Masters in APIMH or equivalent.
Experience
* Experience working within a Talking Therapies reporting service and understanding of the stepped care model and CBT.
Desirable experience
* Supervising PWPs or mentoring trainees. Assisting management with operational duties.
