Job Description The Electrical Inspector is the first line of defence against electrical defects in our production environment. Using a combination of hands‑on inspection, electrical testing, and data‑driven analysis, the role verifies that all wiring, components, and sub‑assemblies meet the company’s engineering specifications, code requirements, and customer obligations. The Inspector works independently, but collaborates closely with Design, Production, and Reliability teams to drive continuous improvement, close non‑conformances, and maintain a culture of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Electrical Inspection & Testing – Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspection of wire harnesses, printed circuit boards, cable assemblies, connectors, and electrical enclosures using calipers, multimeters, insulation‑resistance testers, continuity mats, and software‑assisted tools. Interpretation of Schematics & Documentation – Read 2‑D/3‑D schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs. Translate them into inspection plans, tolerance tables, and checklists.
